How a custom piece comes together
Every piece we build starts with your space, not a catalogue. Here's what happens between your first message and a finished piece in your hallway.
Enquire
Message the shop on Etsy with a bit about your space — photos, rough dimensions and what you're hoping to store are all useful. No detail is too small, and if you're not sure of exact measurements yet, that's fine too.
Design & measure
We'll talk through sizing, hook or shelf count, and finish (paint colour, stain, or natural pine) until the spec fits your space exactly. Once you're happy, we'll confirm the final price and timeline.
Handcraft
Your piece is built by hand from solid pine — framed, jointed, sanded and finished in the workshop. Because everything is made to order, nothing is rushed off a production line.
Finish & deliver
Once finishing is complete and fully dry, your piece is carefully packed and delivered — free of charge across England — or arranged for local collection.
